The worst possible experience with your site

I hate toll roads. I do not want to take toll roads. Please stop automatically routing me through toll roads.

Nice map culture.

I would also like directions using another route.

Doesn't work with Postal Codes in Canada.

It's OK if you're looking from a city to another (e.g.From Vanceburg, ky to Williamstown, ky), but once you get down to street numbers and addresses it often fails to find the place in question.
